KIDS — A creative journey with artificial intelligence!

A workshop designed to stimulate the creativity of boys and girls aged 6 to 13. We will begin a journey to discover the power of words: how a word can change the meaning of a sentence and how it can influence others. Next, we will use artificial intelligence to transform our words into fantastic images. Starting from a common theme, children will learn to bring their ideas to life through prompts, short commands that guide artificial intelligence. Finally, we will animate the images created, giving life to a short video created entirely by AI.
Objectives:
- To understand what artificial intelligence is with simple words and concrete examples.
- To introduce the concept of "instructions for the machine" (prompt) without using technical terms.
- To show how an image can be created with AI and how the result changes depending on how the instruction is given.
- To have children practice creating images through their ideas.

Ibridi - Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo
The Ibridi project follows in the footsteps of previous initiatives such as La Bella Stagione and Estate Ragazzi, created to support families and expand educational proposals for the youngest. After a spring experimental phase, Ibridi is renewed with a structured and integrated program, strengthening the link between the educational world and the cultural and territorial contexts of the city of Turin.
An inclusive project for the city that does not only represent an educational offer, but a real tool to promote dialogue between families, cultural realities and third sector organizations. The main objective of the action is to help create a participatory environment, encouraging the contamination of ideas and the exploration of new city spaces.
